Does anybody know about a David Farley (brother of a William Farley) who lived at the following address back in 1872 :- Cross Street South, Blakenall, Wolverhampton, Staffordshire, England? It appears he was trying to contact his brother William in Australia via the British Consul in Australia. The letter was dated 17th Oct 1872 and also mentions a James Newton, of Buckley near Mold?, Flintshire, North Wales(Maybe?), England.

One of the members of the Farley family here in Australia would like to make contact with relations back in Russia. Her father was Panteley Kuznecov or Kucznecov (Born in Machalowka, U.S.S.R.) and his parents were Alexie Kuznecov and Efimga or Efimja Tschepinjowa or maybe Tschedinjowa. Her mother was Nadja Epifanowa (Born 15/11/1908) with parents of Iwan & Matroan Epifanowa.
Panteley Kuznecov had 3 brothers (Serge, Metro & Pagia) and a sister (Frose) that we know of but no doubt this is the English spelling of the names and not necessarily correct as they were taken from an Australian Death Certificate.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
