It was good to see at least one Labor politician opposing the rape of Killalea State Park.
Congratulations to Jennie George, Federal Member for Throsby.
Brickbats to the Sussex St appointees who cop out of making any comment because Killalea is not in their electorate.
I believe that people elected to Parliament are obligated to speak out against handing over people's assets to big business regardless of whether it is between Torres Strait to south of Tasmania, or from Cape Byron to North-West Cape, Western Australia.
It is all in Australia's interest, it is our birthright.
