Killalea State Park will continue to operate thanks to a two hundred and fifty thousand (250,000) dollar grant from the New South Wales Government...
It's apart of annual state wide funding to ensure parks stay open and continue to attract visitors.
Last May, a controversial development was scrapped which included more than 150 eco units.
The Government's 52 year lease on the land remains.
Development on the site has not been completely ruled out by the State Government.
